If anyone else is wondering how to make these (since I probably won't make any more for a while,) take a photo off the TF2 wiki, crop it to point to the top left corner, use the wand tool to erase the photo's background, use the wand tool again to select the weapon and feather it until it looks good. Then use the "canvas size" option to make the photo into a perfect square and then resize it down to 32x32. Save as .cur and you're done.
Using Spy Knife and Jarate2. Both amazing.
(I crashed iTunes on purpose so I could see the jarate in action. :downs:)

Try repositioning the pictures. How it works is that the default cursor image is almost 4 times the size of the cursor itself, with the cursor being in the top-left corner. Position it like that.

Sorry, when I said 'mirror' I meant flip it horizontally, so the fingers would appear on the left instead of the right. That's my bad. The link works fine.
