Single eye has higher texture resolution than whole head part.
Even though the process of making the frog may feel slow and frustrating, the model and texture has improved a lot since it's first iteration. Remember that there's currently no set deadline for item submissions, so don't feel rushed and take your time.

Dont bother texturing if youre gonna have to change the UVs. Doing that means you have to re-do the texture from scratch.

Actually, that part of the Frog isn't the UV. It's the burn from the burn tool in Photoshop.
If you are going to redo the UV, then you should connect the eyes to the body's mesh (join the vertices) and then get rid of the excess polygons that are inside the mesh and not visible. Doing this will mean that the eyes wont take up as much space on the UV map and will allow for a nicer AO bake on the edges of the eyes.

You're not understanding the feedback then.
What GetGrenade is saying is that on the texture, the larger more visible parts of the model(the body/head) should take up more space that smaller details(eyes,toes,belly,etc). You have to change the UV unwrap to fix this, there's no other way around.

What I meant by "the eyes wont take up as much space on the UV map" was that, on the already existing UV map, a large portion of the eyes are polygons that are hidden under the model, removing these hidden polygons will allow the eyes to stay the same resolution that they are now, while taking up less space on the map.
You can make the 2 eyes share 1 space on the UV
Just thinking out loud here, but what if someone made a mayann themed robot destruction map, but instead of robots and energy cores, they're like ancient golems and rare artifacts instead?

The eyes feel a little weird, but it was the easiest way to get them visible without being too weird.

Since the flag can only stay during the taunt, how about making it the following:
the Soldier (or other character?) plants the flag and looks proudly on it, but then the flag falls down, after what the Soldier either hides it or throws it away.
Something like this (except the "running away" bit is replaced with "looking proudly"):

Even if someone wanted to help you with re-making UVmap for it with file you provided, it would be quite troublesome because for some reason your mesh is triangulated and making UV maps for triangulated meshes is super tedious.
I've looked at it and whoever made that UV did really sloppy job.
You can see it clearly with test texture, on the left is your version - head and knees areas have really low resolution, and you really don't want anything like that, especially in the head area, since you're putting some details on it.
What you want is on the right side - even texture distribution, for start at least.

Also seeing that your texture is going to be symmetrical, you could really benefit from mirrored UV, it would make texturing it much easier job.
Though to make it you will have to take few steps back to make frog mesh symmetrical too.
Also your mesh is 1500 tris atm, and limit is 1400, so you might want to do something with that.

Sounds good, but keep the idea of the flag falling over as an exit, no true American would ever throw a flag away.

I would just keep it like it stands there for some minutes then disappears, so soldier will not just throw away a flag (thing that I am pretty sure Soldier loves more than his bucket: american flags)

Well it seems like the Blowgun got a pretty positive response, so unless anyone thinks something needs altering I'll start looking for a texture artist.
