Valve has never seemed to like Scout specific facial hair, most likely because of the whole child-man trait he has going for him.

Probably for the best, the Invasion update's payment uproar was a clusterfuck of misinformation due to a lack of context as to what the figures related to, but those with a following reported on it to their regardless of all the needed facts not being there.

Anyway, My KOTH map submission is coming along nicely, fixing up some of my design flaws. Already removed two paths due to redundancy and widened the capture point. Currently the design of the towers need serious reworking. Then I can do some playtesting.

I see, I think it's just a shame when you have kids and teenagers that spend hours on end to make an item that ends up getting accepted and then they don't get anything while the guy who just got everyone together (in this situation I guess it would be "JPRAS") makes more money than the people that actually worked on the item.

There are next to none video tutorials for creating unusual effects for tf2 just learn how to use the particle editor: [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wF_voAm7l38[/url]
You can go to TF2 launch options and type -tools. Then open up TF2 and you will have a different interface. Then up in the toolbar there is an option called Tools. Click on it and choose particle editor.
Then use this guide to learn how to make a fire particle and learn all the options in the editor:
