The only one who should care about whether or not something is gifted is the person who got it signed by that Mattie guy. Gift text of a popular guy should only give an item emotional value.
PS. If someone's going to get it signed, they are expected to keep it around, not to sell it. I'm really happy that you didn't care by who it was gifted, and that you pointed out that the signature actually made it less valuable.

I understand if someone is willing to offer more for a gifted by someone they adore, but by no means should people be advertising it as MORE than it's worth because of that. It's disgusting when people ask for people to gift just so they can try and resell it for a profit
a couple things i've learned since i started modding helen's group(the group in which people appeal outpost bans):
1. If your avatar is suggestive (yes, if it shows an intense amount of cleavage or something "sexy"), you can get permabanned.
2. If your name is "pussydestroyer420", you can get permabanned since pussy is nsfw.

It's probably because of their advertisement partners are trying to enforce this "clean & innocent" environment. It's probably because of the same reasons TF2R had to put up with when Google went turned into complete assholes with its adsense policies and started banning every single site from the partnership that just happened to have a user mention a swear or a nasty word in a different language on a private page or if a display avatars flesh tone was way past the scanners threshold.

Pretty much. Its a pain in the ass because it keeps pulling up shit from [I]2012 and flagging us for it[/I].
How the fuck am I meant to stop people changing their names and avatars and having a raffle from fucking 3 years ago? I can't.
I understand the policies and why they are in place but it's unrealistic to enforce them with iron fist like google used to, at least now its way more easy to appeal it. Remove content or change it, select checkbox on appeal, their spider checks it and its all done.
