I hate when people say "are you new to outpost/trading" when you do something that they don't think is correct. There was one trader who had traded me (sometime long ago) and upon accepting it, he had already asked if he could buy my villain's veil (which I wasn't selling). And simply just by saying "no", he automatically assumes I was new to trading. Really?

Someone added me once to try and buy my unusual off of me, even though I wasn't selling it. Even after he said he'd overpay, I said I'm not selling it. He replies "Wow you're a really bad trader" and then cancels the trade.

it'd be better if we saw your trade to understand it well, but it sounds like your trading box had 1 key, 4 ref and offers in it.
