The next day I accepted the first and when he got on steam his first words were "i'm not that kind of guy so I won't report u."
Skipping over details: he was threatening steamrep bans and steam bans unless I gave him my F. Wrench.
Stupidly enough he'd already used the premium gift and PN so I couldn't even offer him a tradeback offer before removing blocking and steam reporting him for harassment.
