Jessecars scanner also recently came out with a new feature where you put in a steam id and then it'll scan the backpack of the users friends. So it's possible that he used that as well.

I prefer not waiting 10 seconds for "Team Fortress 2 Items" to load and a solid minute or two for "Steam Inventory" to load when searching, it makes no difference

(it should've searched when it lost focus so you don't have to press enter, though)

I honestly prefer bazaar over outpost. Being able to add and remove items to trades, without having to close then and open a new one is probably one of the best features of the site.
