I did some colour decals for him a while back. He is a really nice fellow, weird as hell collections though.
I'm genuinely concerned about the integrity of steamrep recently.
A few months ago we had a few people given cautions for "abusing" a pricing error on scrap.tf, and a massive shitfest followed:

You should make a thread on SR and see what response you get. Shouldn't get locked unless your thread is counter-productive.
SR has been a fucking joke for a long time now. I made a scam report almost a year ago and it's just sitting there while the guy is still trading. He straight up told me he was a scammer too. What's the point of being able to submit reports if it takes this long to process them?

There is such a section for affiliate admins. Tags for reports posted there are more speedy since we've already processed the evidence in advance.
