My 2 cents: Never have I seen such an arrogant attitude in my life. Yes, he used a bot but you just quietly ban them and fix the loophole, not bring out the brass band and play a death march as you bang on their front door demanding an explanation. This isn't the only instance of this behaviour however; I also remember reading on SteamRep's forums about you or another scrap.tf staff member going into a server and basically grilling and interrogating a player because they exploited a loophole in scrap.tf's bud prices and bought them on the cheap (and the person doing the interrogating was demanding the items back and threatened to have them marked on steamrep) [URL="http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/scrap-tf.18260/page-3#post-90707"]for reference[/URL].
You don't see actual business' going around and sending the police after their customers because of an error or loophole exploit. They take the hit and go on with life, not try and force the 'customers' hand.
Regardless, this will probably fall on deaf ears/be blown off or ignored but this is how I see it. For a person to run a potential business with an attitude like this, I'm surprised the site hasn't lost users. Nothing is perfect, granted, but you don't act like a dick about glitches in a system YOU should be maintaining.
i'd enjoy scrap.tf more if geel9 wasn't such a dickhead

Also since Festive are sellable on the Steam Market, they're gonna fall. THey already have, or at least stagnated. I would recommend not investing in items like Strange Festives, Genuines or Vintages because it isn't worth it.
