Collector levels on vintages do go for 8-10 keys, so I see nothing wrong with that. I've sold collector level weapons/vintage hats for around 4-8 keys in the past.

Uncraft. hetsman's headpiece is 15 keys.
The Brain Bucket and Hetmans Headpiece was never in the store, so it's worth more uncraftable.
