That's what I was thinking, since I have access to that. It just sounded like I needed the chat history and the trade window screencap alongside it to be processed. If you're blocked by someone, does it usually say the person's unavailable to trade? Because the person who this happened with is still in my friend's list, but he only shows online from the steam online site, and was unable to accept my trades once he got the metal.

Sneeza needed the extra funding to finish the new design of TF2 Outpost, this happened way before the new site launch. Even though a new site design wasn't needed at all, he was obsessed with rushing it and needed support. So ZAM offered to buy the site off him and now he's employeed by them for 2 years and once that contract is up, they can decide if he should continue running the site or not.
And it was obvious the new site was rushed, admins couldn't ban until a week later. And many search functions as well were missing for admins.
since helen confirmed its only my 3rd ban and sneeza just kind of said "fuck you" when i asked him about it
