As long as its not as overdone as the robot effects it might be nice.
Like seriously, I don't see why people like the robot effects at all. Sure they look nice on paper, but in game they are just a little too active and honestly are an eyesore. Even the most animated of the other effects aren't nearly as active. Stormy storm is probably the most active effect not counting the robot effects. It's a lot more fitting with hats and doesn't stand out like my dick when I'm wearing sweatpants.
