I joined a trade_minecraft server at one point, and there was a 10 year old admin trying to shark people out of their items, so I decided to have a bit of fun.
I renamed myself to xC0DKiD98x and rejoined the server. I equipped a Gibus, Buds, and Pyrovision goggles and started playing like a noob. He took the bait. The kid traded me and offered some uncraftable weapons for the buds saying it was a good deal, now I decided to humor him by putting the buds up and pressing the "Ready to Trade" button to make him think I was going through with it. I then cancelled the trade, said "idk it just closed", and we tried again. This time he offered even less, claiming it was the same offer as before.
I went back in game while leaving the trade open, switched to spy (with my unusual and Saxxy equipped), and proceeded to backstab him.
I told him I was going to report him to Steamrep for sharking, then he started yelling in into his mic that I had hacked the item server for my Saxxy, and he was going to report me to Valve.
I then proceeded to get banned with the reason "ur geting vacd steamrep will never believe u"
I had someone in game tell me the other day that he was going to report me to 'my dad who works at valve' for trading him a hat and then he decided he didn't want it and I didn't feel like trading back.

All self-made keys since the robotic boogaloo have been untradable, I'd be surprised if the halloween self-made keys where different.

As far i know, the keys with expiring date (including self-mades) after some time they we're made into normal ones.It's the same in case of Self-mades.

Pretty sure those where tradable to begin with, and not untradable and then turned tradable when they turned into a normal key.
