Let's say that a certain person manages to obtain a lot of Mann Co. Supply Crate keys.
If said person sells a lot of those keys for a low price (A price lower than what that person paid originally those keys), does this affect the actual "economy" of the game? In case it does, Is this positive or negative? or depends if you are a Key seller or a normal buyer?

80% of those keys would just be resold for the current market value, so it would all even out.
The only way to decrease the key value would be to have more enter the economy, since that is at a standstill with the community market and paypal traders selling for less than the in-game store.
Conversely, metal is constantly being in more supply, thus raising the price of the key by lowering the price of metal.

So in other words, to actually make a positive dent in the 'economy', keys need to be on sale on the Mann Store (which will probably never happen).
Thinking about it, even if people hoarded keys, there wouldn't be a small trickle into the market seeing as people are impatient so they'd flood the market.
