I have my Smoking Private Eye, which can be call themed since the misc accompanying it is a pipe. Besides that though, it's still a hat that I love to death, but most people would consider cancer.

Well, at least he put effort into it. And the colors aren't terribly done, at least they're not eye hurting like on most descriptions like that. And the B/O isn't that ridiculous considering it's a <100 craft AND it's a professional killstreak weapon. (Killstreak kits alone are worth ~2.3 buds depending on the one, and this one is already completed and placed on a weapon.)
I don't know, it's still better than a lot of really low effort trades I see on outpost, regardless of whether the item is pony themed or not.
