Oh god, this guy started a HUGE argument with my server owner because we used a map that he had "made". (he stole if from someone else's dead clan) When my server owner told him that he didn't have any rights to the map whatsoever, the guy threw a sissy fit and tried to spam our forums + report us to steam rep TWICE, both of which were declined because he didn't read the rules beforehand. The on his steam group/forums he posts how useless steam rep is and how =PB= is full of scammer assholes.
(lets not forget his clan has 7 members and you need to be at least 35+ to get in, nothing wrong with it but seriously? All this drama over a map.)

He is a rather sad little man. 6 member clan, ludicrous entrance requirements (30+), very full of himself (reminds me of GGod) and thinks that by reporting to Steam/SteamRep about a map, they'll be banned and his trading thread... oh man. When someone questioned him about the price, he states "worth $14k" and blocks a person for asking why, if the backpack is being advertised as 'complete', there's no Ap-Sap or Robo Sandvich. Oh and his avatar is laughable. Looks like a muscular Oompa Loompa with a pale face.

That's pretty much the definition of entitlement. Want a key? BUY ONE FROM THE MANN CO. STORE OR THE MARKET, GOD DAMN IT. It's not Valve's job to regulate the economy (and it shouldn't be for obvious reasons).
