Since TF2OP allows to put things such as craft numbers, effects etc. on the right side, I guess You can report it for posting items that are not for sale. At least that's what I did now.

Back when that trade was first opened you couldn't list a particular craft number you were after on the buying side. The only way to make it obvious that you were was to put up some of the items you had already collected on the 'For Sale' side and hope people would read the trade info. I had to do this myself for my craft #40's.

But now You can do this. He's an active trader, he should follow the rules and do not list items that are nor for sale.
But again, admins don't really care about that. They only care when someone is shark, alt of banned user or uses trade bumping script, so the don't get munnies. I can't wait when Bazaar.tf will be a central site of TF2 trading. And I hope it will happen.

Many people in the comments misinterpreted the trade, and the OP of the trade was quite pissed about it. A simple choice would be either to list the stuff you WANT for your collection or just add the items you have in your collection and say you're not selling. Crisis evaded.

I know it's hard to believe but there are people out there that don't read the trade notes.

Well I'll be damned. Reading the notes is one of the first things I thought people do. I never used to read the notes but eventually made it a habit to.
