They are. I've reported a few trades where people put up those signs and they always got closed. Same with those trades where people buy craft numbers or what ever and then put their collection in the selling part of the trade content.

Not much content I can bring in this post since I haven't been active in TF2 recently. But one guy added me to buy my 2.33 ref item. He adds a 3ref hat then asks for 2 rec change. I told him no and the reasoning why then he goes "lol nope den" and deletes me.
Like damn, seriously? That trade would be completely redundant on my end. I would have to re-sell that hat for 3ref and since I would've given change, I would be breaking even. Meaning that trade just puts me back to square one. Then he kinda makes out that I'm the asshole.
