The important part of this post is the fact that they are playing 5gorge. There are three pieces of information which decide whether or not this is important and a sign that it's [I]soon[/I] 1. For how long has this been like this? 2. Is this one of those Pyroland servers? 3. Is this an actual Valve Server and not a fake one the like VNN has encountered? Depending on those answers this might be an early sign that we'll get some forgotten maps back and in the case of this being a recent appearance might aswell be a sign of it being very close.

adding arena to casual would be nice, especially if they had a new arena map or two added because we all know Honest Abe Lincoln's famous quote "I love arena mode!"

Notice the maxplayers as well. My initial thought was, that the servers might start up with a random map, and they load into the requested one when the matchmaker assigns players to it... maybe?

well, even if the servers are real, I'd say it doesn't mean anything, current valve servers behave like a normal server if there's no match in progress on them, this means every map will end and then change to the next one, the point here is that 5gorge is on the default map cycle, after a match ends or after the server restarts, if no match is started on it, it will eventually reach every map on the default cycle [editline]16th July 2017[/editline] [QUOTE=LZoleee;52471957]Notice the maxplayers as well. I tried to learn what the app exactly means and this is of any relevance but all I found was a Dota reddit thread, also seeing this change as a sign of something happening. I checked the date of when it was posted + the date of the closest big Update dota received and they were around one week apart. However as of late a lot of Servers got updated. some random speculation I kinda feel the update was about ready, but many community maps weren't in a release state yet, so it got delayed and they made that blogpost asking everyone to upload their maps on the workshop I also get this feeling because they seemingly went out of crunch mode, made some blogposts and went right back now seeing most maps on the workshop pretty much ready, I'd say we'll get something next week, or maybe this week

But with TF2 staying the same - they are just encountering some bugs on themselves. Servers running missing maps though are interesting. If they weren't before, that is.

Here is why: 1. A new game called Secrets of Arcadia was released. 2. Apparently, after Arcadia's release somebody or something at Valve had jacked up every single user's Steam subscription, affecting everyone. Heck, I am even currently developing a Source SDK 2013 Singleplayer mod and someone just removed most of our tools and free-to-play game from subID 0 (Steam)! Not even Spiral Knights can be playable!

It's used when you want to host a server but you can't use/don't have a steam account that owns it. The contents of this package are granted for the steam account "anonymous", which you can log into using steamcmd.

So I saw Jill playing on a 24/7 Dustbowl server after seeing him playing TF2. After Auto-Retrying I got in, then was told that it was Jill's server. 24/7 Dustbowl complete with bonus ducks. I then said "oh I didn't realize it was his server, I am just chasing a story, especially after Valve completely broke Source 2013." Then I got Banned. [IMG]http://imgur.com/gallery/DxLnx[/IMG]
