Now that I think about it, this isn't going to work gameplay wise. :saddowns:

Using the Console Command:

/vscale X

Where x is the value will scale any textures on the surfaces you have selected. Setting X to 0.5, will half the texture scale, and setting it to 2 will double it. Will help for textures that are supposed to tile, like your floor texture.

Also, you could round the corners of walls by selecting them, holding Q and scrolling with the mouse wheel on the corners.

I just love how easy the editing is. I've had fort wars on huge maps before.
