Just realised.
I threw some money at this game last Summer, and still have quite a few points, I think.
My deck is stacked with ridiculous 5k+ damage units.

I only got 2 of those in my deck (Grimvire and Giant Wyrm to be exact)
Considering the fact that you won't be able to use them until further in the match and that they cost quite some power, it's pretty useless to have more than 2. :v:

I got pretty much all day to play matches, so if anyone feels like it, just say so.
I played this a while ago and I got a nice set of cards but I always got this really annoying lag - it was internet lag, not computer lag, and it always crashed me in missions, so that put me off it. Does anyone know if they fixed that or was it just a problem I was having?

I've not had any of those problems so far, runs really smooth.
Then again, I've only started playing like... 12 days ago so I have no idea if it used to we worse.

Gonna continue the singleplayer campaign unless someone want to do co-op pve.
I might play this again, I haven't played since before the renegade thing in OP was added but I should still have my cards unless I fucked around with them before I quit playing and don't remember, so I should be able to play with people here in co-op, which I'd enjoy. To be honest I don't remember my in-game name, I'll edit it into this post when I finish getting all this patches.

I wish someone would just make a good, online TCG that charges for packs, but is reasonably priced considering the fact that they're not real cards.
If it was my idea, I'd charge $1 for 15 cards or something along those lines. And it wouldn't be one of those stupid OTCG's where you "level up" your cards as if they were characters or something. I want [I]just[/I] a freakin' card game.

Considering you get 3000 BFPs when you buy the game you could say you're not actually buying it, but just paying for the BFPs.
A booster pack costs 250 BFP and you get 8 cards in that.
To put it simply here's a small calculation:
[u]€30 = 3000 BFP's
3000 / 250 = 12
€30 / 12 = [b]€2,5[/b][/u]
2,5 euro's for a booster pack which contains 8 cards isn't so bad.
Sure it may be a bit overpriced but the developers only get money out of this game because of the sale of BFPs.
However, booster packs aren't the only way to get units. You can find non-rare units for 2 BFPs in the Auction House (€0,02),
of course the rarer ones are a bit heavier in price, but usually not higher than 250-300 for rare to extremely rare cards.
Plus if you keep social contacts you can get a lot of cards for free.
And you're forgetting you can use these cards in RTS gameplay, it's not 'just a card game'.
And if you want to get an actual card you can hold you can always print the ones you have in your deck on shiny paper or something. :v:
