Allods Online
Allods is probably the best MMO you can find for free, but there's a serious problem of lag on it.
Dungeons and Dragons Online removed the free player level cap recently.

Guild Wars. It isn't really free seeing as you have to pay 50 bucks for it. But it has no monthly fee. D&D Online is free to play too, and it seems they're doing updates to give free players more stuff.

I'm gonna get back into DDO as soon as the DX11 update drops... which it might have already but I have heard nothing.
Well Dofus's good. Turned base and you cant but the monthly fee with in game money. Which makes it free!
Voyage Century Online. It might be buggy, but you can sail around the whole world if you want. www.igg.com Register Activate Voyage Century Online Download it Install it (This didn't happen for me) Update it Get use to it. YouTube it, I CBF looking myself.
I would suggest Uru... It's pretty good for a free game, but sadly it isn't being updated anymore, so after you have done all the ages, it's just a glorified chat room :( Still... play it... It's a nice game and it takes quite a while to finish it the first time. Edit: It's a puzzle game viewed in third person, with optional first person mode for looking close or making hard jumps. Ever heard of the Myst series? Well look them up, best damn game series ever.
Tibia. It's free & fun.
Dungeons and Dragons Online™ - Eberron Unlimited™
Global Agenda ... Good Graphics, Great mechanics, OK Story...and the GMs troll in general chat.
Global Agenda is free?

play Silkroad-Online (sro) or shayja (or so), in my opinion the best for free games on the market
Paying for games gives you quality. Most of the time, free games do not.
