Why is it so hard just to get missiles? To add missile launchers to your ship, you need Missile Launcher Operation I. Then to load them with missiles you need Standard Missiles I. But to get Standard Missiles I, you need to get Missile Launcher Operation II. :argh:

Just renewed my Eve subscription. Currently training my drone skills, going to get an Arbitrator. Am looking forward to trying out something new, never used drones before.
Anyone got a good Arbitrator fit for PvE? Currently I have this (got it from Eve Forums):
High:
2x Medium Beam Laser II
2x Small Tractor Beam I
Mid
10MN Afterburner II
Eutectic I Capacitor Charge Array
2xMedium Capacitor Battery II
Medium Armor Repairer II
2x Hardener
800mm Reinforced Steel Plates II
Along with 5x medium and 5x light drones. Any thoughts about this set-up? Supposedly it's a good set-up for lazies like me. Let the drones do the action while I sit back and enjoy the show :)
Also, which drones would be good to get? Or should I just get a mix of them all?

Assuming you're doing L1/L2 missions, the plate is not needed. A heat sink would be better so your dps increases. If you're trying to do anything above L2s in a T1 cruiser, you need to get a bigger ship.
Is a Drake enough of an upgrade over a Caracal to warrant the ~25m price tag? I'd like to be able to do missions quicker (I don't know what level missions I'm doing at the moment, guessing L1 by all the frigates though) so I don't know whether it would be worth it.
Drakes (i.e. battlecruisers) are meant for L3s. L1 = Frigate, L2 = Cruiser, L3 = Battlecruiser, L4 = Battleship. Follow that as a general guideline, and although you can do L4s as a battlecruiser, or similiarly L3s as a battleship, it's not very efficient. If you're having troubles doing L1s with your caracal, switch out your (presumably) heavy missile launchers for assault missiles.
Oh, and Drake is awesome for PVE. So yes.
I know someone who runs lvl 1s and 2s in a domi. I have asked them repeatedly why it is they do this. I have yet to receive a decent answer.
