To be honest if I had known that they revoked the racial traits I probably would've picked Caldari or Minmitar rather than Amarr Khantie or whatever they're called.

I run lvl 3's in a myrm easily. I mean of course there's that occasional one thats incredibly difficult, but for those I just see if anyone in my corp is nearby, and they usually are. haven't run any lvl 4's though, my standings are quite good enough yet. I do have a mega for when I can.

If you're only now getting to battle cruisers, you might as well just cross train; I'm CTed into Minmatar and Gallente. It doesn't really take that long to climb the ship ladder if you've got your learning skills high enough.

Of all of the Gallente Battleships, the Megathron is the worst one for running missions solo. It's a fantastic fleet ship though.

I use shield specific hardeners, My recharge rate is around 120hp/s Passive tanking with 25-27k EHP and using Ballistic Control for the Missiles. It just doesn't down things fast enough, especially when I'm being swarmed by 20+ ships at once, to avoid warping in and out constantly in the harder missions, more specifically, the Blockade mission every time it pops up, Can't do it
Did a couple level 3's in a Hurricane. DPS is better, but obviously can't take as much punishment as a Drake. I've only run one level 4 in a Drake and I doubt that I'd be able to Solo one, since I had a guy that was nearly one shotting everything with me

and its a bit useless to question why people are in their corps, some of Us are in IT, some are in/blue to Atlas + Friends, some are in the NC. being prejudiced would only start flame wars

The trouble is to balance your tank with your DPS. If you are having trouble surviving, replace the damage mods with more shield regeneration mods.

It helps if you know the spawn triggers, so you can kill those last and avoid getting swarmed.

I can't even do the blockade mission (level 2) in my vexor... I warp in and get swarmed by mobs that take down my shield and armor within 10 seconds, forcing me to warp out instantly w/o doing any damage.

The Vexor is an amazing ship. Despite it being amazing, ignore it completely and get yourself in a Myrmidon. The Myrm is disgustingly good; I solo level 4's in it when I feel like actually doing work.

One of my mates made me a custom plan in EVEMON, 4 more days until I get Battlecruiser 4 and then a couple more days to train skills to make me effective in it. Then I'm gonna train some CovOp skills to get my bomber!

Everything is T2 but the rigs. I would swap out the power diagnostic system for another ballistic control system, but I need to get cybernetics to three so I can get a +3% CPU implant to compensate for the loss of CPU output.
I run almost the exact same Drake as the tank when I dual box my level 4s, the only difference would be that I use 2 Caldari Navy BCSs, which don't require a CPU implant, as opposed to the tech II versions.

My usual Drake Fit. It's very Similar, Depending on what I'm going against I'll take out and put in any Combination of Resists or HP/S upwards to 150. The main problem with the Drake though is DPS. It's just shit against high level enemies

You realize that fitting that cloak murders your targeting abilities and that it has no use in mission running, right?

Oh my... Your fit needs some adjusting, in a bad way.
First, never use a cloak on a mission ship if you're in highsec, it simply serves no purpose. Second, don't fit anything that fires light missiles on a Drake, you should have 5 light drones to kill frigates. Third, shield rechargers... they are simply useless modules, another hardener would help your tank far more (4 hardeners with 2 extenders is ideal, with the option to drop a hardener for afterburner if you know you can easily tank the mission).
Use the fit that haloguy posted and your shield will never get scratched in a level 3 mission, I run it for level 4s and never drop below 50% shield even with full room aggro. Also, I don't know if you can use them, but tech II drones are an absolute must, if you don't have them, start training for them right away.

Nobody is going to bother ganking a Drake unless they have a grudge, and if you lag out the cloak isn't going to activate itself.
