I don't know what your first sentence has to do with anything, but the reason I'm even saying anything is I don't like when people brag/gloat/talk shit about blobbing new and/or bad players. And again, the fact that you felt compelled to show us a kill you were in on means you want recognition for it. There really is no denying that, and it bugs me. Blob bad players if you want, but don't gloat about it afterwords, it's cheap.

Most of the NC lacks individual pilot sp and competence, so they rely simply on outnumbering their opponents, especially with the FOTM Drake Kiting blob. It's annoyingly effective.

Judging by what my corp CEO was talking about, I heard NC was a bunch of care bears, that you lose more money in corp fees and transport that it's just not worth it.

Your CEO has no idea what he's talking about. Unless you join a horrible corp, you don't pay any fees (outside of corp tax on bounties) for anything. The north is labeled "carebear" because the main alliances are non-expansionist, they're satisfied with the space they have. The only major offensives the north goes on are to reclaim lost space, as with Cloud Ring and Geminate.
There are as many carebears in the other big alliances/blocs (IT, I'm looking at you), we just don't fail-invade other peoples space every now and again, so we're labeled as a carebear powerbloc.

From what I've read about it on the EVE forum, it's an implant that gives +3 to all attributes, enhances turret rate of fire by 20%, and it can only be used by characters less than a month old. It's lame, but shouldn't be game-breaking.
