Free SP would be nice, although they warned us ahead of time to put long skills on the queue. [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] Wait who the fuck are you I haven't seen you post here before :psyduck: [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] Wait who the fuck are you I haven't seen you post here before :psyduck:
We warp to a gate in low sec and sit at it for a while. We have like 8 Battlecruisers.
Corp leader: Luishi go in and see what is there. Me: Fine... Corp leader: What's in there? Me: Red Megathron. Corp leader: Go see if it'll attack you. Me: Really? Okay fine.... *waits* Okay nothing, it just released some drones. Corp leader: Attack it and see what happens. Me: You know this is a trap right? Corp leader: Yeah maybe... do it anyway. Me: Fine... .... Okay it's attacking me. Corp leader: Everyone warp in. Me: Don't.
Everyone warps in and then 10 Battleships and a bunch ECM boats drop in and fuck us up real good. It was kinda worth it just for the heck of it though. And I lost a 45m ISK Drake which isn't too bad.
So, pissing around eve training for covert ops. I would take 22 days for Frig to train, worth it or should i quick train learning skills first? Also, Helios 'sploring fits.
:crossarms: It's 9 days for frig V for me. That's with all level 4 learning skills and +4s. You should consider investing in at least +2s and level 3 of all learning skills. [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] I'm actually 3-4 days through that 9 days. [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] I'm actually 3-4 days through that 9 days.
Nearly got an orca today, but the asshole self destructed.
Ransoming?
Hell yeah. Curse is a great PVP Boat. Good solo, and very helpful in gangs. The problem you'll have is affording them if you don't have any stable income, because they are rather pricey. Check your skill planner: Amarr Cruiser V, Recons IV, Energy Emission Systems IV, Hull Upgrades V, Missile Skills if you want to use that kind of fit. And all the good stuff for a fit like this: [Curse, Curse: Just a thought.] Damage Control II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II 800mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Sensor Booster II Medium Capacitor Booster II Tracking Disruptor II Tracking Disruptor II Warp Disruptor II 10MN MicroWarpdrive II Medium Energy Neutralizer II Medium Energy Neutralizer II Medium Energy Neutralizer II Small Energy Neutralizer II Small Energy Neutralizer II Medium Ancillary Current Router I Medium Egress Port Maximizer I Hammerhead II Hobgoblin II Excellent for small gangs, for its ability to kill off particular ships (logistics, Active Tanks) Get an Arbitrator, work up drones and lasers to T2. (For the curse you need Drone Interfacing IV or V if you realllllly like drones). Get BC's, Harbinger is pretty fun. Then get recons. They're T2 because they're expensive, and require alot of prereqs to be used effectively. Frigs > Arbitrator (minicurse) > Harbinger > ??? > Curse > Profit! [editline]1st November 2010[/editline] It's really easy to crosstrain to a drake, remember this for ratting. You'll also get some extra useful skills for other Amarr ships, like the Sacrilege.
Armor curse is pretty sub-par in my opinion. Armor: Pilgrim, Shield: Curse. But ya, curse is awesome for null sec fleets and stuff, sucks for ratting though.
Nearly got an orca today, but the asshole self destructed.
Doesn't it tell you if someone has started to self destruct? If so, shoulda started shooting
So I log on like 5 minutes after TQ becomes available to the public again and what do I find? ANOTHER FUCKING OPTIONAL PATCH! Way to go CCP. Patching a patch the day it's released.

Hey guys I heard you liked patches so we patched your patch so SHIT WORKED
Another shameless shill, but how much ISK would anyone be willing to give me for a Minecraft account? I need spacemonies
Damnit sporkfire be content with what you have :argh:
its optional, dont need it
It's highly recommended though, especially for people refining stuff, as shit borks up somehow when refining a single item stack. [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] On another note: http://atlas.eve-kill.net/?a=pilot_detail&plt_id=56246&scl_id=40 HNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline] D-D-D-D-DOUBLEPUNCH!

So many dead tengu's
heh
I approve of this endeavor.
Looks like I'm gonna have to get cruise missile skills ready before my Raven can take on level 4's, nearly had a nasty outcome from a warp scrambling elite frigate.
Looks like I'm gonna have to get cruise missile skills ready before my Raven can take on level 4's, nearly had a nasty outcome from a warp scrambling elite frigate.
Does that mean you were using heavy missiles on a Raven? Or worse... turrets? Drake, man, use it. Don't try and move to a Raven until your skills are good enough to do so, I'm thinking all relevant skills to at least 4. Said skills would be: Caldari battleship, cruise missiles + missile support skills, shield skills (management, operation, upgrades, tactical shield manipulation), cap skills (energy management and systems operation), and you need tech II drones to deal with warp scrambling frigates. Until you have all of these skills at 4, stick with a Drake, it's a much more forgiving ship because of the tank it can fit.
Said skills would be: ...Caldari battleship...
:saddowns: 8x multiplier, but I suppose it's worth it.
:saddowns: 8x multiplier, but I suppose it's worth it.
if you are doing pve in a cruise raven, the bs skill would be the last thing i get up, as there are much better skills to train for far less skillpoints (missile and drone skills for example) as you only really make use of the 5% rof bonus anyway
:saddowns: 8x multiplier, but I suppose it's worth it.
Currently training it to V nearly done though.
Currently training it to V nearly done though.
Worst. Investment. Ever. [editline]4th November 2010[/editline] I'm not kidding, Psi. It's incredibly constricting on your later-game skills. It also could've easily been replaced by something more useful, rather than 30+ days for an additional few %'s. The carrier it gives you access to is utter garbage, the bane of most fleets. Unless you want to go for the Golem eventually, it's a really worthless skill.
http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=7971341 Battle report for an awesome fight. They just kept swarming in. It's a little bit off but we lost in total a drake, vaga, ferox, cane, and jag.

It's fine for POS repping, and the Wyvern is right up there with the Aeon as far as tank goes (you can easily squeeze 30 million EHP out of it) if you want to move up to supercarrier. As you mentioned Caldari BS 5 also opens the way for the Golem, which for me, has been the most useful ship I've trained for thus far.
Plus, Caldari Battleship V is required for the Leviathan. :v:

Wyvern sucks for fleet, no reps for you.
Hell yes, nanoribbons are being dropped like mad in my W-Space again.
Wyvern in a super fleet will be insta primary right after a shield Hel. Wyvern sucks for fleet, no reps for you.
There would be reps if people like you and Bulaba didn't dismiss the Chimera as being worthless :v:
