lol its 21 now
lol its 21 now
21:00 is 5 pm eastern time.
And today was the day I was gonna buy the game... Yesterday I was trekking through nullsec to get to my corp's system, and I ran through like 5 gatecamps, and none succeeded because I spammed warp core stabilizers. It was fun
Kay so what's the money like you can make off level 4 missions. I'm thinking about re-subbing, and was doing level 3's in a T2 Drake which became a chore because it was so easy, and the money fucking sucked compared to time spent, but the loyalty points were nice. I have I think..like around 8.5 million SP, and I think I was ready to move up to a T2 FIT Raven. I'm not gonna buy the T2 Raven *Golem or some shit?* itself or the faction Raven simply because I'm a carebear fag and don't want to blow 400mil Isk on a ship and lose it to some cunt....yet, too big an investment. I have a decent bit of ISK from before to fit up a Raven easily, but is it worth it to finish training the skills needed for level 4's? I don't wanna waste my time. Though I hear excellent things about level 4's. Though what is the loot like? Modules, etc. Does the shit that drops sell for anything? What about dogtags and that junk? I know my char has huge potential to be a serious mission runner with a bit of work and learning, and this game is giving me cravings. I could always just go join a corp and do 0.0 ratting for some ISK, I hear that's always a fool-proof plan.
Level 4 missions are the easiest way to make good money in hisec. A Raven is a good place to start, it can run missions fairly easily (just learn the triggers, it will save you from having to warp out). They used to be more profitable before Tyrannis, but a nerf to meta 0 loot drops has reduced the supply of minerals you could get. Blitzing missions is still very profitable, though. Level 3 missions don't even come close to level 4s as far as profit goes. As to your fear of getting a Raven Navy Issue or Golem, the only way you would get suicide ganked is if you pissed off a bunch of griefs. The only other way you'd lose a ship to PVP is if you're in a corp at war, and if that's the case, you shouldn't be flying a faction BS meant for PVE anyway.
I just realized Gallente Frigate 5 finished a few hours and I'm not training anything. :frown:
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
I don't think EVE is any worse than other MMOs with subscription fees. Once you've been playing long enough, you can use in-game money to buy game time anyway.
They extended the down time until 18:00. As usual. It will probably say 21:00 once it gets to 18:00.
Called it.
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
They're the same as any other MMO. [editline]03:10PM[/editline] ninja
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
Uhhh, 15 dollars a month is standard for MMOs, and activation fee is 5 extra dollars. :raise:
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
The subscription fees are the same as they are in any other MMO. Also if you can't afford 15 dollars a month, you REALLY need a job.
Lol triple ninja'd.
Is it still down? fffffffuu
You can check by simply going to their site. http://www.eveonline.com/ And yes.
I can afford 15 Euros (not dollars) a month, it's just that it's quite a drain on my resources. I'll think about it. Also if you can't afford 15 dollars a month, you REALLY need a job.
Getting a job isn't possible at this moment in time.
I was going to buy this but then I realized the subscription fees are really expensive... :sigh:
what are you talking about [editline]12:28PM[/editline] it's 50 cents a day for a 15$/month subscription, if you cant afford 50 cents why do you even have internet
what are you talking about [editline]12:28PM[/editline] it's 50 cents a day for a 15$/month subscription, if you cant afford 50 cents why do you even have internet
Read above post.
that and im told Eve eventually gets to the point where it pays for itself :O
if you get up there you can afford plex's best way to do that, make synth boosters. they are NOT contraband, have no side effects, and go for $$$
EVE time is Valve time. :f5:
Website says 21:00 UTC now, did it say that before?
noop
Half an hour.
Website says 21:00 UTC now, did it say that before?
They planned to put it back up at 15:00 UTC.
Website just came up. :toot:
It's up.
23:00 says the client.
And they changed the time back to 15:00 UTC. On the site, that is.
Filthy LIAR! Oh my fucking god, they added two goddamn hours.
And CCP just lost a third of its subscribers to suicide
