Yea, my char's que just finished. I hope that this is somehow worth it, I mean, it's just a day but still, at least give us a day of game time back.
I'm pretty sure I left all my accounts training a multi-day skill, I always do when they plan extended downtimes. EVEmon says one of them is not training, but I'm hoping that's just because it didn't get updated from the server before it went down, rather than me forgetting to click apply when I filled the queue.
I spent my afternoon making variations of these for my background.

CCP gave an estimate as to when the server should be back, and are working on getting it up by then. What the fuck do you want, have them order you a pizza and a movie while you wait?
were I ccp, I'd give everyone 11.6 (350/30) mil. but I doubt that's what they'll do. chances are they'll just do nothing.

Yes. They promised a short down time, and ended up with one that has lasted 3x so far
CCP always promises short downtimes, which is stupid of them to do, but whatever. You should always be prepared for them to miss the deadlines, and have a long skill set. It's always been this way, get used to it, and don't pay for the game if it bothers you that much.
Aren't they switching over to a new server system that will make things a whole lot better for everyone by reducing individual server load?
I think that's worth at [I]least[/I] a day.
