If you've got a wormhole system with a lightly defended pos or two containing quite a bit of valuable stuff, it would be a good idea to NOT give the guy who just joined your corporation director status. It is however, a great way for me to make money. Large faction towers can sell for a good bit of ISK by the way.

I have a problem. My game wont connect to the server or anything for that matter. the server status is unknown and the in game browsers do not connect. I have sorted the ports for my router and firewall is sorted. I don't know what else to do. I bought the game the other day btw

Can anyone recommend me a decnt low-sec piracy corp for relative noobs?
I'm a decent player and have got a fair amount of experience, but I lack skillpoints, which is why I can't get into higher level corps. I'll getting into a raven by next tuesday, if that matters any.
i just found out today there was an item i could redeem and it was the primae ship.
i tried fitting my civ miner and my 75mm gatling rail 1 on it but it says The Civilian Miner you are trying to fit is not a low, medium or high powered module and cannot be fitted to any of these fitting slots. Is there anything i can do to fix there or do i have to use something different.
The Primae is intended just for PI (Planetary Interaction), all it has are 4 low-slots.

you need resistances and shield regen
dont forget the low slot shield regen increasing modules and rig purgers.
I looked into those corps that you guys recommended, but the all have a minimum SP requiremnt that's too high.
I appreiciate that you looked though, and I'll probably join into BANE when I hit 5m skill points.

What else can I do here to improve Minmatar tank? Right now this is setup for GURISTAS, but the only other shit I can at the moment is replace a shield power relay with a ballistic control system, and swap out the thermal hardener and resist amp for a setup of kinetic/explosive damage, which is what Minmatar rats do. Even then after doing so, my effective HP is 48,000, and my shield rating for Minmatar rats is like 300, so I'm totally confused, because my Gurista damage rating is 815... *overtanked, I know, but the way I like it*

My Engineering/Shield/Electronics skills are more than enough to tank a endless supply of Gurista Battleship rats, but I can't do jack shit to even Minmatar rats. I know the missiles are not the right kind for Minmatar, but I didn't swap em out. The minmatar battleships and battlecruisers just rip me apart, and I don't understand why my shield rating and shield HP is so low against them, while Guristas is 99,000 and my shield rating is 815 :/

Minmatar deal all damage types, not just explosive and kinetic. You need to drop the resist amps and use active hardeners; don't concern yourself as much with being cap stable. As long as you can run your cap for 15+ minutes, you'll be fine. When your cap gets low, just dock and it will fill back up.

Out of curiosity, are you running Enemies Abound part 5? If so, that mission is near impossible for a Drake to solo without warping out many times. The incoming damage can reach 3000+ DPS if you can't kill the spawn waves fast enough.

Nah, I was running the last part of the mission where you have to leave the Gallente representative, and kill the Minmatar representative *Aka: the elite battleship rat*. had to abandon it because that fucker was WAY too tough, but next time I get it, I'm going for it head on.
