I don't see why there would be any noticeable change in price. The only difference now is you'll see plexes for sale outside of highsec
Yeah, I like the changes... People carrying PLEX's around may drop them upon being ganked and there you have it, someone has a free month of subscription time and all it cost was a suicide gank ship!
Looks like the PLEX is just losing all those restrictions it had and is turning into more of a regular item
Will make it easier for us 0.0 folks to get a GTC, just they might be a little more expensive

Id actually like to see a warning system when you undock with valuable items.

There is a warning system, it's the sound of being locked up and Siege Cannons
When I transport a low volume of something valuable, I do it in my Hurricane, No one suspects a Hurricane to be carrying anything valuable in the cargo hold, except maybe Republican Ammo, which I do but not much

You can easily make 100mil + a day in a cruiser doing lowsec radar sites with low skillpoints.

I was in a good corp (And hopefully still am) and the regulars made a bill isk a week running missions together 2 days a week.
I buy stuff, and then sell it for double 9 jumps away, it makes a killing, The other day I just bought water for just over 300 isk each, went to my Special 9 Jump playplace and sold it for 800isk a pop
I just started this game, pretty fun though the UI is overwhelming at first.

Get me a month and I'll pay you back the price in isk and show you my corp. They have a vent and do faction wars and run missions a few times a week. They're all frigate and stealth bombers, some hurricanes.

Alright, you guys just my final word, I whole heartedly say that I wish to scam no one and have never done anything to any of you.
