Pay back the price? So you get 300 million and give 300 million back? Where's the incentive to help you? At best someone will come out even, at worst, you take the money and disappear. Your begging doesn't exactly inspire confidence that you're legit. You should try making a new trial account and begging in Jita with the rest of the lazy scammers.
To answer your last question though, you can try petitioning the GMs to activate your account for a short period to apply a PLEX, otherwise you'll need to resub.

1: Is it really graphics intensive?
2: If I start as a new player with no friends, am i completely boned? Or is it easy to like...advance? Like is it easy to make money or experience or whatever?
3: If I acquire it by...questionable means, am I still able to play it online?
4: Is it fun?

They were still showns as wartargets, we didn't get any message that they weren't when we attacked, they got it too afaik, gm refunded the losses though.

1. No. I run 4 clients on one machine (max detail and 1440x900 resolution) without any problems.
2. It will be easier to advance if you're in a corp, but you can progress on your own. It depends on how much time you're willing to invest.
3. The game is free to download, there is no 'questionable means' to get it. You have to have an account to play the game, which requires a subscription once your trial period is over.
4. The game is extremely fun. It's got a steep learning curve though, if you can survive your first few weeks, the game really gets good.

Except I can't buy game time, WITHOUT HAVING gametime to begin with. So I cannot use the eve market to buy one, because my account disabled, you see?

If you buy the game you get 30 days with it without paying extra, and in that 30 days, especially if you're in an established Corp, you'll have the money in-game to buy your game time
