It's not really limited to Minmatar. Guns are useless if they can deal great amounts of damage but can't track for shit.
Hence why you don't load Conflagration in pulse lasers for PvP.

Okay, so what the fuck man. The game runs flawlessly unless I open the training queue, then it freaks out and immediately crashes. Other than that it runs perfectly. I don't get it.
about this whole damage vs tracking argument, it occurs to me that if you hit big every now and then and hit small all the time, it'll kinda even out wont it?
Sitting quietly in my wh pos, doing PI, suddenly i hear explosions, *loading*, finally off from planet screen, 5 stealth bombers bombing my pos.
My guns took out 2 of them and 3 ran off, pretty dumb tho getting killed in a frigate by something that takes 30seconds to lock you.
I hope they dont come back with a bigger force when im away, that POS tower alone cost me over a bil.
