How'd he get his UI to look like that? Mine annoys me, and even when I close certain chat channels (i.e. rookie) it opens again when i restart EVE.
Until 30 days pass, it forces you into the Rookie Channel.
And you can drag and drop and pin your UI stuff.

Corp related channels on the left, all others on the right. The fleet window is attached to local. Locked targets show up in a vertical line along the side of my overview.

I really don't know. I did ONE Gallente mission that made me kill the Navy, but my standing with them is still .33. Oddly enough, I undocked again and I'm okay now.
You just had an agression timer with them, it goes away after 15 minutes.

So I'm going to change my ship path entirely, going from training for a Falcon to training for a Curse/Pilgrim (not sure which atm).
Which one would be the better choice?

Are there any downsides to cross-training race ships? I'm Caldari but potentially training Amarr.
I was going to suggest a Curse to you first but you demanded something that could cloak. :<
And no, there are no downsides to cross-training.
The only downside is having to train basic skills again. Such as armor if you are going amarr from caldari for example.

He's going to want armor skills for blobbing anyway.
Once you pass 1.6 million skillpoints, I know you lose the training bonus.

No, once you pass 1.6msp you're stuck at the same rates as everyone else, aside from learning skills.
I think I'm going to armor tank instead of shield tank, then I can fit it a little better.

In EVEMon, under the Ships tab, how necessary are the Recommended Certificates? Should I insert those into my plan, or get them after my current plan's finished? Do I really need them to be good with the ship?
