Yes, either get rid of sig radius increasing mods (shoot that ship target painting you, get rid of that shield extender, T2 ammo, or shield rig).
OR Get those Halo Implants, use an X-instinct combat booster, or if you're in a T3 Loki, use the Amplification Node (Defensive Subsystem) to lower it per level of minmatar defensive subsystem skill.

The booster only needs a few cycles to fully rep my shield, it's stable with just the burner+hardeners running.

If you can pin a dramiel, you can kill him easy. I warp scrambled and webbed one before, and killed him in a couple shots from my THORAX. A THORAX. Needless to say, i taunted him while killing him.

It's a hell of a lot of ingame currency for a starting character. But to answer your question, if you had that much in your ingame wallet and you purchased a PLEX and activated it, it would upgrade your account to a full account.

I'm pretty sure you can activate a trial with PLEX (the name of the item in-game that gives you game time), but if you're just starting out, you won't be able to buy them regularly. They're 300+ million a piece, so you'd need to be in an extremely lucky situation to be able to afford one as a new player.
So i got my spy ship. Its an incursus, with a cloak, 2 particle cannons, a 1nm mwb, a cap recharger, tech 2 200mm armour plates, and tech 2 damage control.
And how is that a spy ship?

I dont have the money for a black ops ship just yet. This will do for now. All im going to use it for is scouting out missions, because it wont fair too long against players.
