Hey, if anyone can provide the little tech three indicator (the little III on the top left corner on T3 ship icons) for use for an avatar it would be much appreciated.
In addition to me wanting a concrete GMT time this tourney (which I have not got by the way, depsite asking repeatedly), is it legal to kill someone who is -10 sec standing if they are a pod?

No, pod killing is never allowed. You'll always get a sec status drop and if in hisec, CONCORD slaps your shit.

Is there any particular reason the Eagle is such an underrated ship? From what I can see, it has a better tank than the Cerberus, and much longer range for blasters/railguns that would give you an edge on longer distance ships (missile boats, interceptors...).

Wrong. You are allowed to shoot at outlaws in highsec, even if they're just in a pod.
Anyways, some people just released a guide that covers all the basics in the game. It's pretty well done.
