Doesn't ubisoft have a downloader or something? If not, couldn't you just download the game and put the key into the ubisoft launcher?

Some people are really rude, i gifted the winner of my giveaway Hl2 Ep:2 then a bit later I got a message off a guy saying "??" I asked him what? and he just said "bay" and went offline. i later realised this was the guy who won my game, I messaged him and asked him if he was confused as to why I gifted him the game and said he won it on Steamgifts. he just said "ok" and blocked me. No thanks, nothing.
