I can access the site on my phone (Opera Mini ... turbo proxy) but I get the 'switching servers' on my pc. Probably could edit the hosts file to direct to the new site, if I knew the IP and such.

Just check the rules on the website. Only problem is once you get banned, if you want another account on it you have to start a new Steam account because your Steamgifts is linked to it.
