For anybody with connection problems to the site - chances are it's because you cannot resolve the domain via your ISP's DNS. I personally have no idea what's causing it, but I have faced the issue myself and as have a few other people - however it's not known to affect a large proportion of our traffic.

A simple fix for this, for Windows users, is to have your own PC resolve the domain, instead of your ISP's DNS. You can do this by opening an instance of Notepad (or any text-editing software) as Administrator, opening the file: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and adding the following to the end of the file.

The same can be done on Linux, however I'm not sure of where the hosts file is stored. It may be /etc/hosts or /system/etc/hosts - or somewhere completely different.
