I actually wrote a paper on this game yet i never played it, don't ask how i pulled it off. I apprecaite the giveaway nontheless, it's a nice thing your doing.

You earn points when someone creates a giveaway on the site. You can't earn them by any activity (like creating giveaways), it's passive.
BTW, you shouldn't post private giveaways with such long time frame openly. Google will capture a link and lurkers are active.
Instead you can:
- Post it like this, without mentioning a word "private" in your post: izCQF (example for Alpha Protocol)
- Use new SteamGifts mechanism, which creates giveaways only for members of certain Steam community group.
- Use short time frame (Google won't capture a link before giveaway end).
