By waiting. You get points each time a day passes and each time a raffle you entered is over, even if you loose.

You don't get points every hour, you get 5% of every giveaway created's value. Meaning if someone were to create a giveaway for a $100,- game, you'd get 5 points.

It depends on how long the giveaway was open for (and what time it was opened at). Some go up that high, some are lower than 100 entries. Those are open giveaways for Magicka DLC.
