Not really, Black Ops is a bad game and 3DS has some good games (like Tom Clancy's Shadow Wars and Super Street fighter)

I don't know, I thought Nazi Zombies was awesome, and the campaign was worth a playthrough, no replayability though and Multiplayer is pretty bad.
