Theres a bunch of people handing out invites, the google doc is good for that, if someone sends an invite to someone they can delete that person off the list.

Stick your names in the google doc in the OP, it's alot easier then one person manually adding people to a list. Plus if a person sends you an invite they can delete you off the list to keep it clean.
