Some guy won my giveaway and already had a copy of the game with 600+ hours put into it. I made the mistake of sending the gift to his email before checking, luckily someone notified me and I had resent it just in time to an alt e-mail of mine. Gonna send in an email to the site now.
While that's in process is he still able to use the URL that he received in the e-mail needed to redeem the gift, or is a new URL generated every time you resend a gift?
He wont be able to redeem it anyway, he already owns it.
If he didn't resend it and the person got it would he be able to gift that game to another person?

I was more thinking of he would be able to send the gift URL to a friend of his who doesn't have the game that could redeem it.

Nope, it will say that the gift was already used, or revoked if he try's to use the code.
