If he had a DNS issue he'd get the "we're switching servers" because the domain, [url]www.steamgifts.com[/url] still linked to the old hosting IP adress in his DNS settings. In this case, he can't contact the website at all, making it a time out issue, either because the server is overloaded with requests, or because his internet connection lagged out.
