Not really, it's like a closed beta, except it will never become an open beta, where the admins dont add anything, therefore everything is user contributed
And user contributions are dwindling. 1717 people entered the Deus Ex raffle. If only 1/10 made a raffle too the site would be booming with raffles. In it's current state, it's going to die. I don't see why we can't let more people in.

We have about a thousand people entering almost everything right now but in the end its all free shit being given out so I dont care how many people enter.

Only new purchases have to pay over the average to get it.
About a week ago, I gave away a HiB3 key and some Russian guy won. He received the gift address and confirmed that it worked and then marked the status of the gift to Received. About a week later, he put the status to Not-Received. I hate people like that.
Hopefully they will eventually make it so that they cant change their status after a certain time period(unless its in and I'm not aware).
