Death Note and Naruto are both over-rated. I can't really say anything about Bleach or Inuyasha since I haven't watched either one of those, yet I followed Naruto and watched all of Death Note. Naruto is an OKAY anime. It gets fucking annoying after the 150th episode, but I'm sure any anime running for that long would do so. I don't hate naruto I hate the fanboys. Same for Death Note, except it's mostly fan girls for Death Note.

Agreed. Neverwinter Nights was alright, but I have a good feeling they would make a really good Naruto RPG

The slow-paced feel of mass effect and KOTOR could be a benefit to a true naruto like game, it's a very fast paced show combat wise and a lot can go on so if you can slow down the game, analyze your strategy, prepare certain jutsus, etc. sort of like ninja reflexes

Bleach was the first anime i ever watched where the anime was ahead of the manga. (atleast in america)

A Naruto RPG would be kinda dumb, but a ninja RPG taking lots of elements from naruto? (chakras, different villages, open forest, different styles of magic (water, steam, fire, etc...)) that would be a decent RPG.

Maybe some of the people in this thread actually want to discuss ideas about a naruto RPG, and the only bad thing that could happen is people who hate naruto come in and start a flame war, like what is already happening, and could escalate into bans. Put it in a future era, where the villages have changed and their are more diverse styles of jutsus and what not, have Naruto be sort of like a legend in the game.

That's probably a good idea to milk $$$ out of the franchise once the manga/anime finishes.
