Other - Shadows of the Empire. Loved that game when I had an N64 back then. It was so much fun using the cheat to play as other NPC's like the abominable snowman creature or the AT-ST.
Jedi Academy being a close 2nd.

Battlefront 2, mainly because I haven't played many SW games.
KOTOR but for my second pick it would have to be Battlefront 2.
Jedi Knight II or III. I can never decide. I mean, I loved Outcast for so long with ffa_bespin but they took Bespin out for new maps in Academy but they still have some amazing maps and a port. I loved playing Academy online with friends.

Tied between Knights of the Old Republic and Battlefront 2.
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Republic commando are the best, so much fun!
oh, and also Star Wars: Empire at War.
