Nevermind, rate me late.
I fucking hate this. Half the time there are 0 servers that show up, the other half- when I join the game I having 999 ping for about 5 minutes, it crashes my other internet-using programs, fucking piece of shit.

Works fine on my computer. Maybe it's your internet connection, or maybe you're playing from China.
(I saw a map of how many players online in each part of the world and there was pretty much no one playing in China or Russia).

After 5 minutes I have 20 ping just like everyone else. Even when I can't see blackops servers, I can connect to all other internet games, websites, etc.
Also, thank god it works on your computer. I'm so proud of you.

well the g11 is a classified weapon, meaning it is unlocked by buying all other assault rifles
HK21 is available at lvl 2
G11 can only be unlocked after buying all the assault rifles, and the last one is the Commando at level 44 or 48 i think

If you haven't already, try changing "seta r_multithreaded_device" from 0 to 1 in the config. Fixed that problem for me.
Stoner63 and the AK74U are the best guns for me at level 33
