You need hardline pro to change care packages. Then instead of holding F to pick it up you double tap F to change to another random drop.

I have an issue with Black Ops PC. Every time I try to start Multiplayer, if I go to any Matches or the Server Browser, the game will just freeze up. My mouse will stop, the music continues for about 1 second, and then I have to close Black Ops from Task Manager.
Anyone know what my issue is here? Single Player works fine.

I had this problem too. I'm not sure how to fix it because it just went away after a while. Try validating the files. Sometimes this game just works whenever it wants to.

Lots of bugs with the Multiplayer for a lot of people, Treyarch is working on patching them up

They're idiots.
I got kicked from one of their servers for saying damn in TF2. Apparently damn is a naughty word even though the TF2 characters swear. I swear I can recall a time when someone playing Scout got kicked because the Scout said, "Say goodbye to your secret crap, dumbass!"
Plus they have a history of admin abuse even though they are supposed to be "mature" players. I've read about people being banned for shit like killing the admin.

Oh wait now I remember, they kicked the guy for constantly using Scout's jeer lines during setup. Apparently they thought he was doing it purposely so the Scout would say, "What the hell was that crap?!"

Tried verifying the files, Steam downloaded 8 MB of something for Black Ops MP, and the problem persists.

Warlord Pro and Tomahawk is funny, you get two of them.
Combine that with Scavenger Pro and you've got a good combo going on.
...But you'll get destroyed, you'll be moving slower and less precise than everyone else.
