The fact that one claims that X is better than Y whilst others refute that with each their own opinion is a great sign. Means that Treyarch actually made each weapon different for each player with their various ways of playing.

So, are there any problems with the multiplayer for anyone, because I'm dressing up to go to the store to buy the game right now, and I wouldn't want to buy a game that doesn't work. In other words, should I wait for the next patch, or did the last one fix all the issues?

Better is to get it now and see if you've got any problems. If not, great! If you do, you'll have it with you as soon as the patch is released (maybe even today).

But beware, I don't think they're ever changing the fact that each and every gun kills instantaneously.
